The Behavioral Health Department, in partnership with Via Hope, is offering a new peer support program called Peer Pathways. This program connects individuals with trained Peer Support Specialists who have lived experience in mental health recovery and reentry after incarceration. These specialists provide compassionate support, guidance, and encouragement, helping individuals navigate their wellness journey. Available through one-on-one sessions, group support, and community connections, Peer Pathways empowers individuals with hope and practical tools for recovery.
