NOTE: The JP 1-1 office will be closed this week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m.- 3 p.m. for training. The office will be available from 8-10 a.m. then from 3 p.m. to close. Normal hours will resume on Friday.

Jo Anne Prado is a lifelong resident of San Marcos, Texas. Judge Prado was elected in 2004 and took office in 2005. Prior to becoming an elected official, she was employed with the District Clerk's office for 20 years. Jo Anne is married to David Prado and has 2 children, Michael, married to Karin, and Jordan, married to Danny. She has 6 grandsons, Josh, Luke, Gavin, Nolan, Noah and Aaron. Judge Prado states that it has been a pleasure to serve the community and she looks forward to continue to apply her leadership and experience in serving Hays County.
