Vacation Watch Request Form (Close Patrol)

The Precinct 5 Constable’s Office provides an increased patrol presence for your location upon request. Normally, this service is requested when you are away from your residence for an extended time (vacation, etc.) However, the service is available for other situations also. Should you need this service, you should complete the Close Patrol Request Form with as much detail as possible and email it to constable5shared@hayscountytx.gov . Please ensure that you include a valid telephone number so we can contact you with any questions or if we discover something at your residence that requires notifying you.
