    Constable John Ellen, Precinct 5

    Constable Ellen began his law enforcement career in 1977. He has more than 40 years of law enforcement experience, including nine years of front-line work, 12 years as a supervisor and 19 years as a commander. He holds a Master Peace Officer license and has completed 7,339 hours of training. He holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology/Sociology and a Master’s in Political Science/Public Administration.
