While the Precinct 5 Deputy Constables serve warrants and criminal/civil process and provide security for the Precinct 5 Justice of the Peace court, they are also highly trained licensed Texas peace officers capable of addressing any law enforcement situation that may arise. They have participated in thousands of hours of training in a diverse array of law enforcement topics to ensure that our citizens are served by the most well-rounded law enforcement officers possible. Because the safety and security of you and your family is something the Precinct 5 Constable’s Office is dedicated to, our patrol function serves as a visible reminder to our citizens of that commitment.
