Vendor Registration

In order to view bidding opportunities with Hays County, vendors must register with one of our free third-party vendors - BidNet Direct or CivicPlus. There is no cost for you to register and retrieve bid documents. For convenience you may select the option for which your company will receive emails once Hays County, or any other participation agency, has a bid opportunity that matches your company's business.

Formal bids may not be submitted via email or fax and will ONLY be accepted electronically through BidNet Direct and in person at the Hays County Purchasing Office, as specified within the bid documents.
