if you need copy requests for cases filed after 2016, please complete the following steps:
If you do not already have a re:SearchTX account, you can create one for free. Any copy request desired, except for sealed records and records filed before 2016, can be accessed for FREE on re:SearchTX.
Anything filed pre-2016 can be requested via ccsearches@hayscountytx.gov.
