Help maintain a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Lower the chair and push in all the way
Throw all trash into trash cans - including removed staples
Return books to their shelf
Return supplies to their supply area
Let the Library staff know of any spills or trash that need to be removed or cleaned
Please respect others when using the Library.
No loud talking or excessive noise
No offensive conduct or language is permitted
Limit the use of phones to business calls necessary to complete research or drafting in the Law Library.
Library Property
Do not remove books or supplies from the Law Library.
Book checkout is not available. Let the Law Librarian know if a book is needed in a trial upstairs to request a possible accommodation.
Personal Property
Do not leave personal property unattended in the Law Library. Law Library staff are not responsible for the loss, theft, damage, removal, disposal, or misplacement of items.
Beverages and Food
No food allowed.
Drinks must be in closed or covered containers that can prevent spills.
Computer Use Policy
The Law Library provides free access to computers for legal research and drafting.
Library staff advises that visitors bring a flash drive or storage device to save important and confidential files.
Computer services are limited to legal research and drafting. The computers are NOT for personal use. It is not acceptable to use the Library’s public computers for any purpose that violates Federal or State laws to transmit threatening, obscene, or harassing materials and interfere with or disrupt users of the Library’s materials, services, or equipment.
